Motorised carts, buggies and clubs are available for hire and a visit inside the clubhouse will provide you with, golfing accessories, refreshments, snacks and best of all, friendly service. Complimentary tea and coffee is always available.
Group bookings for golf are most welcome, and at reduced rates it certainly makes a great day out with friends and socials club golfers. Catering is readily available for corporate, charity and social golf days.
If bowls is more to your liking, you will find two of the best grass
greens in the district where bowls can be played for nine months of the
year and social roll ups are welcomed. Indoor carpet bowls is also enjoyed
in the clubhouse over the winter months.
This well grassed 18 hole course can be enjoyed all year round, and the many beautiful examples of Australian native flora lining the fairways, are home to the prolific bird life.
The Maryborough Golf Club is symbolised by the Golden Wattle, and a visit in spring is a must, when the wattles are in full bloom, gracing the fairways with splashes of gold.
The course is gently undulating, par 71, accommodating all fitness levels and age groups. Warm up facilities include a practice range, putting green and practice bunker.
Men's competitions are held every Tuesday and Saturday, with Ladies competitions every Wednesday and Saturday. Seasonal competitions for men and ladies, for example the "Chicken Run", are held during the daylight savings months.
